一、 气体绝缘输电线路
1.Gas insulated Transmission Line (GIL) product introduction
气体绝缘输电线路。这是一种特殊的输电技术,其核心在于使用SF6气体作为绝缘介质,将电能通过一根密封的管道进行传输。气体绝缘输电线路技术最初是为了解决高压电缆在城市中铺设的问题而发展起来的,因为其具有高可靠性、低噪音、低维护等优点,因此被广泛应用于高压、超高压、特高压输电设施。
Gas insulated transmission lines. This is a special power transmission technology, the core of which is the use of SF6 gas as an insulating medium, the electricity is transmitted through a sealed pipe. Gas insulated transmission line technology was originally developed to solve the problem of high-voltage cable laying in the city, because of its high reliability, low noise, low maintenance and other advantages, so it is widely used in high-voltage, ultra-high voltage, UHV transmission facilities.

我公司在绝缘计算、机械强度计算、温升计算等方面具有丰富的经验。
Our company has rich experience in insulation calculation, mechanical strength calculation, temperature rise calculation and so on.
我公司采用Autopipe软件对工程设计进行气体绝缘输电线路支撑部位承受载荷计算、管道应力计算,重点考虑了气压盲板力、管道质量、热膨胀力、风压及地震载荷的因素,考虑最严苛的工况,对气体绝缘输电线路全管线建模、计算。
Autopipe software was used by our company to calculate the load on GIL supporting parts and pipeline stress in the engineering design, focusing on the factors of air pressure blind plate force, pipeline quality, thermal expansion force, wind pressure and seismic load. Considering the most severe working conditions, the entire GIL pipeline was modeled and calculated.

我公司已经取得了1100kV、 550kV、220kV产品型式试验报告,相关产品通过了权威部门的鉴定,其中防护等级IP68、年漏气率≤0.01%,通过了苛刻耐盐雾试验,相关参数高于国家、行业标准。伸缩节、绝缘件的试验标准参照特高压标准,均顺利通过试验。同时我公司也形成了气体绝缘输电线路产品相关专利30余项。
Our company has obtained 1100kV GIL, 550kV GIL, 220kV GIL type test reports, related products have passed the identification of authoritative departments, including protection level IP68, annual gas leakage rate ≤0.01%, passed the harsh salt spray resistance test, the relevant parameters are higher than the national and industry standards. The test standards of expansion joints and insulation parts refer to UHV standards, and they have successfully passed the test. At the same time, our company has also formed more than 30 patents related to GIL products.
