恒高电气绝缘车间占地面积2000㎡，生产技术团队15人，业务涵盖范围为110kV~1100kV GIS/GIL用环氧浇注件的研发、制造及服务。拥有全自动环氧真空浇注设备、电子万能试验机、高性能固化炉、负压检漏仪、机械试验机、DSC差式扫描量热仪等专业生产和试验设备30余台；车间工艺装置领先，产品质量稳定； 可根据用户要求，为电力设备企业提供绝缘整体解决方案。

The Henggao Electrical Insulation Workshop covers an area of 2,000 square meters and employs a production technology team of 15 people. Its business scope encompasses the research, development, manufacturing, and service of epoxy cast-in-place components for 110kV~1100kV GIS/GIL. The workshop is equipped with over 30 professional production and testing devices, including fully automatic epoxy vacuum casting equipment, electronic universal testing machines, high-performance curing ovens, negative pressure leak detectors, mechanical testing machines, and DSC differential scanning calorimeters. 车间具有独立完成新产品全套型式试验的能力，先后完成公司GIL产品国家电网、南方电网的入围认证工作。
The workshop possesses the capability to independently conduct a full set of type tests for new products and has successfully completed the certification process for the company's GIL products for both the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid.

The transportation path is short, and the processing and production adopt an integrated model. All insulation parts are produced within this workshop, and all processing and testing are completed within the factory. 响应周期短，针对于本厂装配项目使用的绝缘件，生产并试验完成后对应入库，并根据装配项目需求情况出库使用。能有效根据装配项目做出快速响应，减少物流环节及交接过程，提高供应链的可靠性和响应速度。
With a short response cycle, the insulation parts used in our factory's assembly projects are produced, tested, and then stored accordingly. They are released for use based on the needs of the assembly projects. This approach enables us to respond quickly to assembly projects, reduce logistics and handover processes, and enhance the reliability and response speed of the supply chain.
